1985
The Foundations
Mr. J.S. Jassal established J.S. Jassal & Co. following corporate roles at Eicher and Brooke Bond Levers. Despite having no prior business background, he went on to build one of India’s pioneering consulting firms. The firm later evolved into Jassal Ranganathan & Associates, serving as internal auditors to major clients such as Hero, Apollo, and Fortis, well before the dominance of the Big 4 firms.
2009
Pioneering Compliance Tech
We developed India’s first cloud-based, live compliance software, mapping laws across states and sectors. Adopted by industry leaders, it set new benchmarks for corporate governance and compliance visibility.
2011
BlueLotus Begins
The Satyam scandal sparked the formal creation of Blue Lotus Management Consulting. Born from the compliance revolution, it united experts who understood law beyond litigation, differentiating Blue Lotus with a governance-first mindset.
2016
Focus on Services
We transitioned into a Limited Liability Partnership, renaming ourselves to BlueLotus Management Consultants LLP. We sharpened our focus on comprehensive consulting services, such as advisory, compliance, HR, and taxation, led by a team of experienced professionals and industry experts.
2019
Going Global
BlueLotus Management Consulting began evolving into a Global Capability Center (GCC), supporting international clients with structured, scalable consulting solutions built on cross-border experience and regulatory insight.
