My Story

The Outlaw in the family of business professionals, the love for law and numbers pushed me into the Company Secretaryship profession. 15 km away from Queen of Hills, born and bought up in Doon Valley I completed my schooling and came to Delhi in 2016 for academic training. Got a break in 2019 as a Semi-Qualified CS from where my career as a CS went up. Currently, I am also pursuing Law which I believe will give me that as a legal advisor and complement my present qualification.

My interest

My love for reading various updates in law and compliances combined with my interest in financials help me give a different perspective to the task on hand. This always helps me in unleashing the potential I have and the eagerness to learn.

What excites me in the job

A Company Secretary is an advisor to the Board of Directors on different compliance matters and also a KMP of the company always excites me as a profession and therefore my desire to become a coveted corporate professional made me enter into this profession. The vast knowledge and experience I am gaining by working with various corporates in different industries keep me on my toes. That is the kind of engagement I have always longed for in a profession.

Cooling-Off

Apart from the mainstream, what makes me move is my eternal love for Stock Exchanges and trading/ investing in it. Really been fascinated by the Capital Market since my childhood I got into it out of my passion. For many, this might be their day job but for me, it is my best cooling-off.
